Desert is a mare with a lot of color in her. Her father Sligo
Spotted Horse is known for its color inheritance in Pinto
and Appaloosa.
Desert has a good course and her body is still in balance.
Desert has big eyes and a beautiful build.
In the past, they were always pretty well built foals, with
a lot of movement and long legs.
Desert has JTR Duke in her pedigree. He was Reserve National
Champion Formal Park Driving and 2002 Reserve National Champion
Presidents Touch of Class.
When Desert came to us in 2007, she was very shy.
We hebben heel veel tijd en aandacht aan haar besteed en
inmiddels is ze niet meer weg te denken bij ons. Ze heeft
een ontzettend lief karakter, is een beetje verlegen, nooit
opdringerig en ze is een beetje afstandelijk naar vreemden,
maar ze zal nooit lelijk doen.
We have spend a lot of time and attention to her and now
it is impossible to imagine her not being here with us. She
has a very sweet nature, is a bit shy, never pushy and she
is a bit distant to strangers, but she will never do ugly.
She is the boss of the flock. Hopefully she
gets in the year 2010, her second foal of our stallion Wynn.
